Bill Daniel, President of Daniel Companies, is a native & lifelong resident of Bismarck, ND. He has 25+ years of commercial real estate experience in the Bismarck-Mandan regional market area.

Bill holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary and was awarded the Harold Schafer Alumni Leadership Award in 2010. Bill’s passion for commercial real estate and the Bismarck-Mandan community is well known and he takes great pride in assisting his clients to achieve their goals. Bill enjoys a well-deserved reputation of integrity and superior client service. He has built great relationships in the community and enjoys giving back to make it even better.

Taylor Daniel
Taylor Daniel | Vice President
Commercial REALTOR®
Taylor Daniel, a Bismarck native, earned his ND Real Estate license in 2014 and joined Daniel Companies as a Commercial REALTOR in 2015. Taylor graduated from NDSU College of Business with a degree in marketing. He has also participated in the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) Global Retail Real Estate convention in Las Vegas the past five+ years, and has completed the ICSC University of Shopping Centers education program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Taylor was the youngest to be awarded Prairie Business 40 Under 40 Professionals in the upper-Midwest region in 2019. Taylor is proud to serve on the Downtown Business Association of Bismarck's Board of Directors, as well as Sanford Health Foundation Board of Director’s, and is passionate about being part of the economic growth and bringing new opportunities and a higher quality of life to the Bismarck/Mandan community.
